My goal is to walk alongside you, co-creating a relationship where you develop more insight and awareness, allowing new experiences of yourself to unfold as you become more whole, grounded and reconnected.
Our work requires ongoing curiosity and a willingness to discover strengths and wisdom that have got you this far, and will take you even further as you learn how to harness and hone in on your power.

In addition to my 11 years of experience as a therapist, I’ve worked as a Registered Nurse for 22 years. My work in both fields has focused on the areas of Mental Health – recovery and trauma.
My style is warm and gentle. I work alongside you, listening deeply, helping you land where things feel right and true for you.
I’m active with you in our sessions, cultivating an attitude and environment of loving presence, safety, and acceptance.
